Indeed PCIA can only make sense to beneficiary community level. Ufortunately they dont have control of donor driven development processes and thats why it was so easy for PCIA to be dorminated by donor thoughts. In my opinion things can only change when beneficiary needs and their influence determine develoment tinterventions. This needs further interrogation.

Interacting with Kenneths thoughts has always been inspiring to me. I find the idea of re-engaging communities in PCIA and building it within practices at that level quite mind provoking. I am sure we will learn from each other when dealing with practicalities of actualisign this. Many thanks

I appreciate the framework articulated in this presentation for PCIA study, loosely as follows:
1. Methodology of PCIA
2. Logistics and application
3. Ethical issues
4. Political dimension of PCIA
